My Goal
When it comes to creating training that focuses on changing behavior, it's important to keep in mind that people are more likely to change their behavior when they understand the "why" behind. So, make sure to clearly communicate the benefits of the behavior and provide practical examples of how to implement it. Additionally, incorporating interactive elements such as quizzes or role-playing exercises can help reinforce the desired behavior.
